Palliser Kitchen Winter 2025 Launch Event

Palliser Estate is thrilled to announce that acclaimed chef Norka Mella Munoz will lead the Palliser Kitchen as Executive Chef from the first weekend of May. Her arrival marks an exciting new chapter for Palliser’s culinary offerings, as she brings her signature style, passion and luxury dining experience to the kitchen. 

To celebrate, we’re hosting an exclusive launch event onSaturday 24 May. You’ll enjoy a preview of Norka’s new winter menu in canapé form, alongside all your favourite Palliser wines, and some great live music.

Plus, listen in on a Q&A session withCuisineEditor Kelli Brett in conversation with Norka and Palliser Winemaker & Viticulturist, Guy McMaster.
