Palliser Kitchen Winter 2025 Launch Event
Palliser Estate is thrilled to announce that acclaimed chef Norka Mella Munoz will lead the Palliser Kitchen as Executive Chef, marking an exciting new chapter for Palliser’s culinary offerings.
To celebrate, we’re hosting an exclusive launch event on Saturday 24 May, 4-7pm. You’ll enjoy a preview of Norka’s new winter menu in canapé form, alongside all your favourite Palliser wines, and some great live music.
Plus, listen in on a Q&A session with Cuisine Editor Kelli Brett in conversation with Norka and Palliser Winemaker & Viticulturist, Guy McMaster.
