Park Hyatt X Palliser Pop-Up | Auckland
We're bringing Palliser to Auckland! Join us, along with our friends at the Park Hyatt, as we create a mini Cellar Door with our beautiful wines paired with some fantastic food and events at The Pantry in Wynyard Quarter.
Thursday 27 February | 4pm - 6.30pm: Savour a special wine and canapé pairing, featuring a selection of Palliser wines expertly matched with handcrafted canapés designed by our chefs. Enjoy a glass of Palliser Griffin bubbles on arrival. $68pp
Friday 28 February | from 5pm: Enjoy an evening of “Wine Lingo Bingo” MC’d by the Pantry at Park Hyatt's Executive Chef Brent Martin, starting at 5pm. Purchase any glass of Palliser wine to enter, with some fantastic spot prizes and special prize for the winner.
Saturday 1 March: enjoy a wine flight, a glass, share a bottle, or check out the retail table for unique gifts or a bottle of Palliser to take home.
Sunday 2 March | from 5pm: Indulge in a delicious gourmet Sunday Roast featuring roast pork, veggies, gravy, potatoes and a glass of Palliser wine for $48pp.
All day Thursday - Sunday:Enjoy a Palliser wine flight, a glass, share a bottle, pair it with delicious cheeses, or purchase a bottle or two to take home for the duration of the pop-up..

Palliser Sunset Friday's are back for summer at the Palliser Cellar Door and Kitchen.
Join us in the courtyard for a relaxing evening of chilled, live music; Attilio's tasty Italian-inspired Sunset Friday menu; and some of NZ's finest wine - Palliser of course.
