Palliser Estate Martinborough Cellar Door

Welcome to our Palliser Estate Cellar Door and Kitchen, nestled amongst our vineyards here in the boutique wine village of Martinborough, Wairarapa, New Zealand.

We’re typically open seven days a week, year-round, although there are some key public holidays that we're unable to open. We're currently running our autumn & winter hours, so we're open from 11.00am to 4.00pm for wine tastings and wine sales.
Our Palliser Kitchen by Attilio runs a full, Italian-inspired lunch menu from Friday to Monday. On Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday you can share Palliser Platters to accompany your glass of wine, wine flight, or following your wine tasting.

Wine tastings, wine flights, vineyard lunches, a glass of wine in the sun, or a bottle of wine to take home - there are a number of ways to enjoy our wines and experience the character of Palliser. We look forward to welcoming you at our Cellar Door, to share our Palliser Estate story and wines with you.

Wine Flights for Life Flight

Palliser Estate is delighted to be a Community Partner to Life Flight, contributing in the small ways we can to help fund the planes and Westpac Chopper that save critically ill New Zealanders. Life Flight is a not-for-profit providing free, time-critical aeromedical care, for around 1,500 missions annually. In a rural region such as the Wairarapa, with prolific viticulture, horticulture and agriculture practices, and a wild and weathered coastline, we want to help ensure our community has access to emergency care, no matter how remote.

For every Palliser Wine Flight purchased, Palliser donates $5 to Life Flight, with the goal of funding at least one emergency mission annually and helping save a life. You can feel good about enjoying some world-class wine, while knowing you’re supporting a much-needed cause.

Each self-guided tasting flight allows you to sample three of Palliser’s wines at your own pace. Wines served are a slightly smaller glass pour of 75ml each, served on a wooden paddle board, and are the perfect partner to a Palliser Platter.

Aromatic Flight | $24 | Palliser Estate Sauvignon Blanc, Palliser Estate Rosé, Palliser Estate Riesling

Barrel Flight | $28 | Palliser Estate Rosé, Palliser Estate Chardonnay, Palliser Estate Pinot Noir

Single Vineyard and Bubbles Flight | $38 | Palliser Single Vineyard ‘Om Santi’ Chardonnay, Palliser Single Vineyard ‘Hua Nui’ Pinot Noir, and your choice of either a Palliser Estate Chardonnay, Palliser Estate Pinot Noir
